"First and foremost, Lauren is an absolute rockstar. I am so incredibly pleased with her services. Finding a trusted, honest realtor in Las Vegas was a struggle. Lauren absolutely delivered. She helped my wife and I sell our first home at a great profit—a new-build that we purchased without a realtor three years ago—and then she turned around to help us find our ten-year home in a perfect neighborhood near family. Lauren was relentless. She was flexible. She was available after-hours because my wife and I work aggressive hours during the day. "We were considering selling our Las Vegas rental property to an investor just to avoid the trouble of dealing with a realtor. Then an acquaintance suggested we call Lauren Gontero. Lauren ran the numbers on the property and told us she could get us 10% more than the best offer we had. We agreed to list the property with her. Lauren went to work right away. "Even if I wasn't buying a house I would want this team around me. Listen I tried to quit this housing process multiple times but Lauren and her team are so encouraging and dedicated to finding THE home for you that you almost feel obligated to not let them down. You fall in love with how passionate they are to search. During this process I've never felt second to no one and they have a ton of people but they were always there for me and my family. I have out of town people looking for homes and I'm recommending Lauren's team THATS how good they are."

"Long overdue reviewWhat could be said about Lee and Lauren other than they are fantastic at what they do. From the moment we met with Lee and told him of our nearly impossible plan to sell our current house and lease back for a couple of months, until we could find our dream home. With the market as it is you can imagine the high volume of clientele this team takes on, you’d think they would take forever to get back to you with a request or answer, not this team. They professionally handled all situations and got back to us within a very short time.It was easy enough to sell our house and get the deal we wanted with the leaseback. The hard part was finding the right house with most of our wants/needs. Just when it seemed we weren’t going to find anything, the perfect house came on the market and Lauren got us in to see it immediately. Turns out our perfect house was also pretty perfect for plenty of other people. With the right encouragement and advice from Lee and Lauren, we put in our bid and crossed our fingers. All the kudos to Lauren for fighting for us and telling our story so the seller would know that this just wasn’t a house we wanted because of the pool or yard, but its ranch style home (rare to find) that my husband needs because of his back injuries from serving in the Navy. We also wanted to make this house the one where were to settle down and make it our own. In the end, there was an investor that came in with a higher bid, but that didn’t let Lauren deter from our goal. Again, she fought for us and convinced the seller that we would make the house a home and not just some real estate investment.We got our house and almost all of our wants/needs checked off. Our impossible plan became possible with Lee, Lauren and their excellent team."

"Lauren is an AWESOME realitor! I have and will to continue to refer her to anyone and everyone! VERY PROFESSIONAL! She was always there for us to answer our questions and help us through the process of finding our home. She was also VERY informative and had answers for us about the mortage process, better than our mortage company most the time. She is a very friendly, positive, upbeat and smiling person which was very helpful with the emotional roller coaster that happes with finding a home. With us it was how fast houses where disappearing off the market. She worked very hard for us and great work ethic. Which seems to be hard to find these days.
